Hi everyone! I'm Ashlei, Owner & Founder of On The Grow Products and On The Grow Co! This little sales journey of mine started (legally) in October of 2019 with only one goal in mind:

On The Grow went live in October of 2019, but the name and concept came long before then. To be "On The Grow" is to pursue growth by expanding what you know. Stemming for a deep rooted love for plants and all things natural, I've always sought to find natural alternatives to synthetic solutions. I received my Cosmetology in high school and coming in to the industry I was overwhelmed by the amount deception from what were supposed to be "professional" hair and skin care companies. Being such a transparent person, I was extremely uncomfortable selling products in the salon because I didn't believe in them. I refused to lie to people about what ingredients did what. I wanted to help people, but the products on the market seemed to do everything BUT...
Guided by the simple belief “if you knew better, you’d do better,” I truly believe that education is power. I encourage people to make knowledgeable decisions on the items they consume and purchase by remaining transparent and communicative while exposing the truths of the industry. If you ACTUALLY knew what chemicals made up most of the retail items on your counter, you wouldn't use them if you cared about yourself.
It's that simple.
Our blog "Know Your Products" is a tool that can be utilized to become familiar with ingredients and their potential uses. Everyone wears life differently + here at On The Grow Products, we wear ours on our sleeve. We'll tell you that WHAT (what the product is,) WHERE (where the ingredients are from) and WHY (why we chose them.) Using 5 or less ingredients, we solve even the most complex issues with plant-based solutions by treating problems at their root cause.
